Everything was literally perfect!!!! We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights and had so much fun. The location is ideal, close to everything and our room was amazing. the staff was lovely and welcoming, they helped us with everything we needed. Plus there’s a free buffet in the lobby for all hotel guests which was great.

Everything. From the beginning upon arrival at Kyoto Station, they await you at the welcome lounge. Here you can already checkin.. From there they take you into a car to the hotel free of charge. The welcome at the arrival lounge, the hotel, is just the best welcome I ever had. The bedroom was super big.
