The breakfast buffet and the staff escorting and carrying our luggage to the exact place on the platform where we boarded our Shinkansen car. We did not request this service it was just offered. Service was wonderful.

Location is excellent across from Tokyo station. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of the hotel gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely amenities. Staff was exceptionally helpful and held bags before and after visit, went above and beyond to help with organizing taxi rides. Close to shopping and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from main station across the street.

To begin with, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We checked in early but they let us store our luggage and even use the laundromat before our room was ready. The room itself isn't very big, but absolutely spotless, and the view is stunning. The area is very vibrant - not obscenely so like Shinjuku but in a pleasant way. A lot of places to eat, and very well connected. Breakfast was rich and delicious - so many wonderful Japanese dishes and even some Western ones for people who don't feel too adventurous (not us) 11/10.

Room is quite big when compare other hotel in Tokyo especially Ginza. Location is good although it is not in the center of Ginza. Many restaurant and shopping nearby.
