It was very clean ,the room spacious enough to accommodate us and our luggage. Breakfast was exceptional, we took second portions of almost everything. There was a continental western style food and a great selection of more oriental style food . This was our first time in Asia so we were initially reluctant but we tried several dishes and found them amazing. I should also compliment the staff as there were efficient , polite and made us feel welcome. I would recommend it to anyone flying from or to Narita . Actually, after few days in an hotel in Tokyo, the young ones are asking if we could go back to this hotel and just commute every day from there to the sightseeing in Tokyo

It was very quiet and comfortable. I was a bit surprised at the automatic check in and check out but staff were there to help with the process. The convenience store in the lobby had pre made meals and was good value. It even had an ATM machine.

This hotel is excellent for a your next day flight. It offers a very efficient shuttle from Narita to the hotel. The room were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for family travel. The hotels restaurant options were pretty good. It has a small convenience store inside the hotel for anything you might need. The staff very friendly and very helpful.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
