The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpfull. The room was much more homely than a 'normal' hotel. The garden was also a lovely place to sit and spend some time. Lots of fruit trees, herbs, lizards, birds! The information about the city was really helpful, very close to the metro and easy to get into the city. Easy access to Milano Bicocca university. Good food options around the hotel and a few launderettes nearby.

Excellent and friendly customer service, clean and excellent location to Milan Central Station, took about 3-5 min walk there! They gave free luggage storage and even free early check-in which we didn’t get to do as we were eating at that time.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clear and the bed was very comfy. The view from the room was very good and the room had soundproof walls. The breakfast was very delicious and high variety. Near the location we could find everything, restaurants, supermarket and metro station also. The Central station was also close by walk or by bus. 100% recommended place.
