All team at the reception is super helpful. The team answer to all mails and provides the best support. You can ask for socket adapter. Breakfast is super nice, you have mozzarella, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, rucola, salad leaves, fried eggs, sausages, bread, tasty desserts, yogurts. Nice tea selection. Rooms on 5th floor has terrace (photos attached). Very cute inner courtyard. It's close to amazing restaurant and streets with lots of souvenirs. At the square where the hotel is, there are a lot of bars full of locals. It's the most recommendable hotel in Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay at AuRoom. Roxanna and Victorio were incredibly attentive hosts, always smiling and eager to assist us. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and extremely comfortable. The family room was super spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The building itself was very secure and although the streets in Napoli can be noisy, our room was very quiet. One of the best stays we have had on our Europe holiday. Highly recommend!

Hotel was really clean. Room was modern and clean, looked almost new. Air condition was brilliant! And staff was friendly and good customer service, everyone spoke fluent english.

Fantastic! Marco was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was great, stylish and with a comfy bed. Black out curtains and no noise meant we got a good rest between lengthy walks. And the location is great being safe and very close to everything.... And there is a really great place for panini next door!! Highly recommend!
