I travel a fair amount but this hotel really stands out for the exceptional front desk staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The location was exactly what I was looking for as I was in transit for one night - easy to find and with enclosed parking. The room was very clean and breakfast was nice. Overall, a very well run hotel.

The building is extraordinary and incredibly beautiful. The room was beautifully appointed, offering a perfect retreat. The staff went above and beyond, creating a magical experience and making you feel special. The hotel’s ideal location provided convenient access to local attractions. Breakfast was delicious and offering various choices - pistachio and raspberry madeleines were my absolute favourites.

We had a great stay in this hotel, all the staff was extremely nice and kind. They gave us an upgraded room with no charge -the room was lovely, with the high ceilings, the mini fridge, the sofas and the old charming furniture-. Also stored our luggage before the check in, and booked a taxi for us to leave early in the morning the last day. They offered a nice sefl-service continental breakfast every morning. The shared bathrooms (well equipped, with air dryers) were cleaned often during the day. The room was huge and clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Despite the great centric location there was no noise at night. We'll stay again when we go back to Bologna.
