Mr. Rahul, What a professional hotel manager. We checked in early due to our train's early arrival, he provided the room with no extra cost. We stayed here for 4 nights, his hospitality and professionalism is an example to the hotel industry. The food was good, you will pay more if you eat anywhere outside, but if you order food inside the hotel, you will get quality food in an affordable rate. The staff of the hotel is also very polite and helpful in every aspect. Mr. Rahul even helped me in converting my currency. The hotel is highly recommended due to the honesty, politeness and professionalism of the owner. I went there after reading the reviews, and it was worth it. It's perfect stay for all. Thanks a lot Mr. Rahul for hosting us and will stay here everytime I visit the Agra city

The front office has been so incredibly helpful which I am truly grateful for! I arrived really late at the Hotel because my train had 2 hour delay. They helped me book a train ticket at the right time the next morning so I would be able to see the Taj Mahal before my train departure. When my train departure was, again (freaking train system...), delayed for 12 hours they let me store my luggage at the reception and helped me out during the whole day. I have never seen a front office like this and I am really fortunate to have stayed at the Orange Hotel! Apart from the service the rooms were really nice, clean and spacious.
