Brilliant room, huge American king bed, incredibly comfortable pillows, remarkably attentive staff, beyond perfect location. I usually change hotels when I travel but will absolutely return to the Ampersand any time I visit London.

The room was large, spacious and very comfortable. The pub below was an added bonus where staff where friendly and food great. The location was perfect for us with the Southside Mall close by and regular buses going past.

The room size is comfortable for multiple night stays, my favorite part is the bed and pillow. The staffs are friendly and promptly responded to enquires. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again :)

We loved our room -- plenty of natural light, quiet, very comfortable. We loved the breakfasts, and fondly remember Inti and her colleague who served us. The decor in the hotel was tasteful, as well as functional, and the ambience was warm and inviting. The feeling was as if we were staying with friends in their home.
