This is a unique hotel and staying was a special experience. We didn't eat there but the food always looked very good; we did have coffee and it was excellent. The room was delightful and having the toilet separate is a nice luxury. The bath products were of excellent quality, and I like their environmental considerations. Rennes is worth a visit but isn't a place I need to return to, but I would happily stay in Le Magic Hall if it were in another French city!

The location was perfect for exploring the old town and close to the train station. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. There was also a minibar. The staff is friendly and helpful.
