I recently stayed at the Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada with 2 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and modern luxury of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like beach volleyball, pottering, hand reading, speed boat rides, and a fantastic spa to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop, where we enjoyed breathtaking views while relaxing with a shisha. A special shout-out to the hotel manager, Amir Nagy, who was an exceptional host and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali from the Nur Bar for making the best margaritas we’ve ever had! His drinks were incredible and definitely added to the fun of our trip. And Mohamed from the ‘Dar’ Bar always greeted us with a smile and top-notch service, making every visit a pleasure. It was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled stay in Hurghada, we highly recommend Serry Beach Resort!

The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and owner,they makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,activities,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance, we became even Drinks and Treats from the Owner for free, Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Lamera Staff for going just that little step extra for the guests and making us feel just like at Home
