We were impressed by the extensive range of sports activities and entertainment options, as well as the family-friendly atmosphere and spaces designed for kids. Our room was clean and cozy, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet and food in the bistro was very good. Amazing hot chocolate and lovely staff. Really friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the bistro to the cleaners. The location was also right near a tram stop that was super easy to use
