Sonesta overbooked so I had no room. It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. I really enjoyed the stay at this place. Even when the weather was pretty bad, the hotel really surprised me. Staff is absolutelly amazing! Great, hope to visit again when i am in Bogota.
