Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. Amazing staff 11/10!! We used Kunming as a travelling hub to go to Laos by train. The Visa upon entry must be paid in dollars, that we did not have. Exchanging currency by foreigners turned out to be very difficult. Two women from the lobby staff went with us to multiple banks and got us the dollar bills. She even had to go home to get her ID and fill out many forms. We had to leave really early the next day and they even arranged to go boxes for us that we could fill with the breakfast that was already prepared. Amazing hospitality! Moreover, great facilities. Large, clean, beautiful and very well equipted rooms. Laundry room is great. Gym is small but functional. It was raining when we were there, but the pool looks great! Location close to train station (train to Laos leaves at the south station though, this took half an hour by didi in the morning for 50 RMB) so great! Insane value for money. Would recommend this to everyone visiting Kunming.

I had a fantastic stay! The property itself was comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the staff. It was my 2nd stay during this trip because i had to head back to Kunming. We liked the hotel and location so we decided to choose it again. The staff was exceptionally helpful in retrieving my taobao packages and delivering them to my room. Truly appreciated that as i was still making my way back from Guizhou. They are very responsive if you need to commincate with them. Room was big and spacious. Super comfortable and clean! Located right next to wanda mall, which had loads of food offerings. The hotel breakfast and dinner options were delightful too.

Excellent location next to metro line 3; 30min easy walk to old town, super clean hotel, great breakfast; SUMA was great w excellent drinks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lifestyle luxury in the middle of the city

The front desk staff were beyond helpful and kind! And were always at service. We wanted some packages to be delivered and they were very attentive with it and delivered on time. Everything was spot on clean. They changed towels and bed covers everyday, even without us needing to tell them. Hats off to the minor staff for that! We had breakfast last day, it was top notch! A big layout that i couldn't even end up eating because I was too full😂😂. I stayed here for 9 nights!! The room was beautiful and VERY spacious. The outside surrounding was good too. MANY restaurants, luckin coffee shop and 7/11 walking distance. Street food to restaurant food Everything. There is a pharmacy neighbouring the hotel too. There is also a convenience store on the hotel premises. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us
