The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. We really like this hotel. It’s located in a great area with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options—including delicious Chinese specialties we loved, along with many other choices. We also really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and very helpful
