The staff made this place exceptional. They were super helpful, kind and friendly They gave advice on where to go and all the other important things of tourism in Beijing - use of vpn, WeChat subway etc I was truly impressed and this place stands out due to the staff and the fabulous location

We absolutely loved our stay!! This place is really amazing, the rooms are very cosy and clean, the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Special thanks to Jerry, Tom and Julie for being super helpful throughout our stay. Most importantly, it’s an absolutely beautiful courtyard, and it offers shadow puppet art performances three times a week, which we attended three times. We’re so glad we chose to stay here, and we’ll make sure to be back next time we’re in Beijing.

Very beautiful place to stay, with a lovely Hutong courtyard and a beautiful terrace. The staff there are really nice and helpful, giving all kinds of help (in English) that you need. The location of this hotel is also perfect. It is in the center of Beijing, which is 2-3 km from the forbidden city, and a few hundred meters from the metro station that delivers you to every corner of the city. The area is also a lively neighborhood where you can easily find restaurants, shops, and shopping malls. In general, I fully recommend this place, particularly to non-Chinese tourists.
