The hotel is very clean and the location is great. My family and I are very satisfied.

Overall, a nice hotel with a modern interior, very, very clean, and excellent service (including English-speaking staff). Fresh water was delivered to the room every day. We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was already available, and we were able to check in immediately without any hassle. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and European cuisine. There were plenty of options, and the food was very tasty and of high quality. Many dishes were freshly prepared in front of you (I never got bored with the fresh omelettes). There was also an abundance of vegetables and fruits—the watermelon was a daily must-have for the children. The pictures provided were truly representative, and there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a standard room with two adults and two children, and it was comfortable. A couple staying in the same room would have plenty of space. The bathroom setup was particularly nice, with a separate toilet and a very large shower. I especially liked how the shower floor was designed—every hotel should adopt this feature. The location is within walking distance of the metro and railway station, yet you don’t feel like you’re near a station. There was absolutely no noise from the surroundings. According to other guests’ demography, this is a truly family- and children-friendly hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and very sweet, especially Jolin, who was our designated butler. She was attentive and was ready to help us whenever we needed anything. The hotel room was big, comfortable and full of amenities, and the views were spectacular. We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, which catered to all different tastes and dietary requirements, offering a wide variety of options (the pancakes were one of the best I've ever had).

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable beds, big private toilet/shower. We rented family room for 4. One of the best hostels we have stayed. Great value for money and location is just perfect in the middle of town and next to train station.Good facilities. Highly recommended!
