We liked everything about the hotel, especially the attention and the room is very nice, the morning buffet is impressive, its view and very good food

The hotel is not very big and is a little bit dated, however the room was refurbished and very comfortable. The location was very convenient as well to see the local attractions in town.

The host lady was extremely nice and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were also good. We had a wonderful time here.

The staff really friendly, very thankful for auntie who help us carried luggage go upstairs, is surprised us Boss also so so friendly, send snack to our rooms, prepare fruits and give us tested passion fruit drink so delicious and also help us ask taxi drivers to go faster because we running late 😀 😉

The staff is great. Prior to my arrival, communication was smooth—Melody speaks excellent English and provided all the information I needed about activities in Guilin. During my stay, Ms. Bai was incredibly kind. Despite her limited English, we managed to communicate easily with translation apps. She helped me find a nearby restaurant and we even shared a pleasant conversation over tea. The hotel’s facilities are modern, and my room had everything I needed. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which could be inconvenient depending on your plans in Guilin. However, this is something you can easily see on the map before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. Plus, the distance is compensated by mountain views and the peaceful surroundings. For me, it was completely worth it—after long days of exploring, the tranquility of the hotel and the nearby dining options made it the perfect place to relax.

The hotel managers recently opened this very nice hotel, and in spite of our late arrival, everybody was extremely helpful, and ready to serve us whatever food they had. Michelle and the rest of the staff made the best of our short visit to Guilin. They helped us organize all of our trips in the region, during a very complicated time (around the Chinese New Year). The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Guiling Bei (north) Railway station, but it's easy to take a cheap taxi to get there. The room was very comfortable and has a lovely view of the karst mountains of Guilin. From Guilin you can visit Yangshuo and Xingping either by bus or train (the train is much faster and very cheap). I really recommend this hotel to travelers who want to spend some quiet quality time in a delightful little town, surrounded by very nice people.
