My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel's strategic location in the business hub made it incredibly convenient for my work, and being just 10 meters away from the metro station provided easy access to all parts of Shenzhen. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel rooms were noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff, particularly the reception team, stood out for their friendliness and genuine warmth. Beta, the reception lady, went above and beyond, showing a caring attitude by ensuring our needs were met and even inquiring about our meals. Mr. Jonathan at the front desk emerged as a true asset during my stay. His exceptional level of assistance was evident in helping with city navigation, arranging meetings, and guiding us to halal restaurants. His dedication extended to ensuring we didn't encounter any hiccups in our travel plans, going so far as to make sure we didn't miss our train to Foshan. Jonathan truly became our guardian angel during our time at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, impeccable service, and a team that goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home.

Easily accessible by metro. Take Line 11 from the Bao'an Airport to Futian Station. Walk towards the HIgh Speed Rail (HSR) Station, exit at Exit 10. The hotel is already on the right. Metro Line 3 & Line 8 are also in the same Futian metro station. Eateries, modern shopping malls and underground Link City Shopping mall are just walking distance away from the hotel. Guanzhou is only 42 min away by HSR from the Futian HSR Station.

Location and hotel were great.The staff were amazing. Friendly with a smile. Nothing was too much. Best stay ever. Will return.
