The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

I had an unexpected stay at Novotel Bern Expo Hotel due to a river flooding in Zermatt, which prevented me from returning to my original accommodation. She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I explained my situation, she immediately took action to ensure that I had everything I needed. She provided invaluable support throughout my stay. She helped me with the check-in process, ensuring it was as smooth as possible given the circumstances. She also offered practical assistance, such as finding a room that suited my needs and so on. She frequently checked in on us, offering comforting words and making sure we were okay. Her genuine care and concern helped to alleviate our worries and made us feel at ease. Her exceptional service, personal attention, and kind words turned a potentially difficult situation into a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend Novotel Bern Expo Hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

really nice peace and clean place to stay

How can I put it? The hotel is so good which easily exceeded my expectations. It's literally next to wankdorf station, takes 3 mins to Bern main station. There are buses, trams around as well, even if you want to walk down to the city centre, it won't take more than half an hour. The staff are so friendly, they even provided us complimentary drink on the day we arrived. Hotel itself has this modern vibes from lobby to individual room. Unfortunately we didn't try the food there, but it looked delicious when other guests had it.

The location is perfect. Although it’s not in Bern but trains can take you the Bern bahnhof in few minutes. and also from the station Ostermundigen you can travel to Thun and other cities, the station is just in front of the hotel. Rooms are quite large for that amount according to euro norms, quite modern I would say.
