The decorations, the location and the food

perfect central location. WONDERFUL attention to detail from the candle scent in the reception the themed trees in the room. I cannot say what I liked because I adored all of it - the embossed towels, the tapestry cushions, the comfy lounge chairs and the stunning breakfast - both food and location.

Location, the property itself, the service

We loved everything ! Beautiful building by the canal in historic Center of the city. It attracts attention immediately with it elegance and sophisticated style. We later knew that the city guides bring tourists to show them the hotel building. It was built in 15-th century, renovated in 1780 and now became stylish , elegant, modern hotel , delicately and prudently renovated. Interior of the hotel matches its outside elegance: beautiful lobby, historic bar with the fireplace and antique fourniture. Style is in everything, yet it feels like home from the moment you enter.Friendly , polite and helpful stuff. Amazing, spacious, light, stylish room with breathtaking view at the canal. Large bathroom in white-gray marble. Wooden floor, big windows, high ceiling, great bed and fourniture and bed. Everything is spotless-clean.Great smell all over hotel. Building is amazing. Breakfasts are so nice: atmosphere, food, location, terrace , fantastic service ! We truly loved the hotel, the Team! Thank you!

Knowledgeable, wonderful staff in a perfect location! Our second time saying here. We love it! If you are looking for fantastic service in a beautiful city, this is the place to choose. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful! Everyone speaks English.
