The staff in particular were wonderful, accommodating me arriving at 7am by having a room sorted in just a few hours. Very helpful with setting up a SIM card and getting Bolt, the app used for taxis in Azerbaijan. Breakfast was exceptional, overall a wonderful place to stay.

Cosy and pleasant place in the city centre. Very close to the main city sightseeing points and the seaside boulevard. Big thanks to receptionist Yamin who helped us to arrange tours within the city and suburbs =)

This is an outstanding boutique type hotel, impecably clean, with amazing staff throughout the hotel particularly Mr Gasham at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our tours and accomodating when we needed to extend our stay.I will also make a special mention of Mr Elchin who was also very helpful. This is the best location in Baku. Walking distance to the beautiful Old Town....loads of restaurants and coffee shops around. We really had a wonderful time. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. We will be back

Everything was perfect! They allow us to do late check out till 3pm and later we could still use the gym and spa. The amenities are great!
