Staff was extremely helpful and nice, room was as expected, just one room but enough for the purpose.
It is very close to the river and the Melk Abbey and to the "inner city" (restaurant, park, sights).
The "Mahlzeit in Melk" restaurant (currently with 4.8 rating on Google) is within the building, with also friendly staff.

We loved the peaceful location just a short walk from the Melk Abbey. The view over the orchards was stunning, especially during sunset. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was homemade, with delicious local jams (especially the apricot!). The hosts were incredibly welcoming and shared great tips for hiking and dining in the area.

Lovely large comfortable room overlooking Melk Abbey. Meal on the terrace was excellent, good value and the staff were particularly kind . Breakfast was efficiently run with plenty of options. Parking was easy at the rear of the hotel.

A big room, clean and comfortable. Really nice stuff, very helpful and polite. A very good location, free parking and good breakfast. They arranged late check in procedures and were very responsive. Melk abbey was in a walking distance.

The apartment was really clean and tidy. We arrived late at night but the given instructions with the gate code and room key lockbox were clear and worked perfectly so getting into the apartment was easy and worry free.
The lodging is in the heart of Melk, right at the feet of the hill on which stands the Melk Abbey. :)
I would recommend this to couples smaller groups traveling together who want to visit Melk.

The location is perfect with walking distance to Melk Abbey, Convenient for us to attend Christmas pray at 12 pm on 24th December which was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is close to the market and the breakfast at the super cozy Cafe Teufner is highly recommended. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had Christmas sauna too. The apartment is also within short driving distance to Wachau wine yard and Vienna. We will come here again during the harvest season for sure!
