We liked everything. Top of the Top. High class hotel. The facilities, the food, the views (from the room, and the 2 pools) the room very clean and spacious .. we took with an access to the lounge and it was very useful and cool. the staff was Attentive - would like to mention Craig and Soukaina from the reception and specially Fatima from the lounge she is one of a kind.

The staff are welcoming and extremely friendly, epically with the kids. The turndown service is top notch. There is a variety of options for breakfast, and the service is very good and quick. It is located in the business bay which is a prime location. At the check out they gave the kids farewell gifts. This is not our first time in the hotel and we will definitely will be coming back inshallah
