Overall the staff was very friendly. Duty Manager Youssef was very professional and approachable as well. He has offer his help to make some special arrangement when I need cash for making payment to the Taxi. Hotel is thoughtful to provide water and cookies at the lobby. 😀

At check-in I was upgraded to a room with a view of Burj Khalifs as well as a room on a higher floor. The view was spectacular from the huge balcony. The bedroom size was excellent as well as the bathroom.

Hotel room is good and nice, the breakfast is very tasty and have alot of verities, Marina was incredible very helpful, Maria and Nervan very polite and welcoming, William from concierge, the hotel is very clean and the service is fast
