The staff is extremely very friendly, even since before we come to the hotel. We got lost when trying to find Tuan Chau pier to Gia Luan, they sent us the direction. I had to cancel our original boat tour, and they helped us find a new tour in last minutes and it was much cheaper. We were about buying night kayak tour to see glowing plankton, as the tour company tried to convince us we can see planktons. but the hotel were very honest telling us no planktons in December. It is like having local friends when staying at this hotel. Room is very very clean, and new. Breakfast is limited at options, but they offered to cook something else only for us. Location is very good, close to everything. Very pleasant stay, thank you very much for your hospitality!

Quyén teh manager we dealt with daily, and her team did a great job for us throughout our stay including helping us through a typhoon enforced extension to our stay where we were given a 50% reduction on staying another night. The location is great and the facilities are excellent including the onsen, pools and beach and cliff walk access. All the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.
