We stayed at the Salil Hotel Riverside for our first stop in Thailand. After our whole travel, we can say that especially at this Hotel the Check in was the smoothest as well as the service and Hotel room. When we checked out to go to our next destination we realised that we left a huge amount of money and the wallet of my boyfriend in the safe. We immediately contacted the hotel and also here: they helped us very quick and reassured us that they found the items and will keep them safe for us until we come pick it up when we are back in Bangkok. Especially the contact with Ethan was very nice! He even counted the money for us to reassure us how much we actually left. A big thank you to everyone again! This Team really made us feel safe and we could relax at our next destinations without a second thought. Of course the pick up was as easy as the whole communication! Thank you again very much! Well set in the Sukhumvit district, this hotel offers a restaurant, as well as a hot tub. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. Almost everything. The reading nook, the staff, the rooms were quiet. The beds were comfy. They had great selection of things to watch during rainy periods of the day. A shuttle takes us to the BTS train station. 7Eleven is down the street (super handy if you forget something or are addicted to Thailand’s coke offerings). The staff & management are top notch especially Naye ;She was just A+ both of my stays. And the POOL!!!!! Almost a month later and I’m still missing my Shan family.
