En suite bathrooms are equipped with a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a bidet and bathrobe. Very clean and comfortable..the staff continued to go the extra mile time and time again. Everything was perfect. A bucket list dream come true to stay at this hotel. Every staff member was super helpful, going out of their way to ensure we received a 5 star experience.

Willow Stream Spa provides gym facilities, along with a range of body treatments and afternoon tea. Guests can play a game of tennis or take a dip in the hot tub. Fairmont Singapore provides express laundry services and a multilingual concierge. The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of Marina Bay that made every moment feel magical. The breakfast at Colony was an unforgettable culinary experience, offering a diverse selection of exquisite dishes in a beautifully designed setting. The staff provided impeccable service, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special.

Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The apartment has parking on-site, a hot tub and a lift. The stay was wonderful, the whole unit is clean. Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

Modernly designed, each unit comes with separate living and dining areas. A kitchen and a washing machine are provided. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer.

Staff at the reception can assist you with babysitting request, laundry service and airport transfer at an additional charge. Other facilities offered are daily housekeeping, concierge and sauna. I stayed for 18 days in a Studio Premier (King Bed-43 sqm). The studio was comfortable & clean. The studio was well equipped with Miele washer/dryer & bath tub and shower. Breakfast included, continental option only.  The breakfast room was in a spacious surrounding within lush greenery.  You can takeaway breakfast items to munch later on (food carrier provided in your kitchen).  Mr. Ram from reception was super helpful and sweet.  My stay was a pleasant experience, and I recommend Fraser Residence Singapore to others. The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen fitted with a convection oven and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Very suitable for family traveller. The accommodation made you feel at home. 3 bed rooms with 2 showers are just perfect for family of 3 little kids + a maid. With cloth washing and dryer in the room, no need to worry if kids make a mess during the trip. In walking distance there is the Great World Mall which has two supermarkets and various restaurant (some even come with kids playground!) Also you can access metro with ease and if you need taxi, front desk can always help you to get one and ensure you can pay with card. The swimming pool and kids play ground also give parents a chance to rest a bit as the kids can play in these places for hours. :)

The staff couldn’t do enough for us and had such a personal touch. Attention to detail was brilliant and great facilities. Special mention to MK who went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable.
