What we liked extremely, the flexibility of the team. Even the laundry service is officially 48 hours, but as we had only 2 nights here, the staff managed the shorter laundry time. The breakfast was one of the best in Portugal, if not the best one! Parking is possible, opposite to the hotel there is a guarded parking place, but I guess reservation in advamce is needed.

The accommodation offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub and hammam. Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff could not be nicer. All the staff were very friendly including reception staff and bar staff. They were also very helpful giving us advice on places to go. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was one of the best we have had in a hotel.

The hotel is only 15 minutes out of Porto by tram that comes directly in front of the hotel. It's perfect!. We loved it!.
