We spent 4 nights here and loved every minute! The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and comes with a TV with cable channels and a writing desk. Some rooms or suites feature a balcony for dining area which overlooks the pool and the garden. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was simply stunning. We had a balcony room over the pool. The room was huge with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had whilst in asia. The staff were helpful and the pool was lovely after a busy day out and about. Our teens also had rooms and theres were lovely also. Its a small walk along the river to the centre of about 1km but its nice to be out of the business. Lovely coffee shops around.

The property is not in the centre but close to the city, easily accessible by tuktuk which takes less than 5 mins to reach. The hotel is quiet and it has a very positive vibe. The room is spacious and clean with a nice balcony . The staff were amazing, especially Justin and Jane, who organized our tours to near perfection. When we came back from our Angkor Wat tour late in the afternoon, we were exhausted, Justin immediately got us a glass of water, a gesture that was so much appreciated. All of the personnel made us feel at home, Miranda, Anna, Yasmine from the restaurant were so sweet and catered to all our needs. All of them were so polite, respectful and never without their gorgeous smiles. What I found really amazing was these young staff are actually university students who work during the day at the hotel while attending university at night. The hotel actually support them and give them this opportunity to help finance their studies.

Staff were very quick to assist and provide things for room within a fast manner. Highly recommend for Siem Reap. Also, walking distance to pub street, but away from the chaos which is nice.
