It is a very nice colonial style building with some amazing, historical details in the room decor. Very comfortable beds and the whole compound is lovely for a couple of nights stay in the capital. Location is good but withdrawn and quiet. Very helpful staff.

The French owner, Lionel, was an absolute gem and helped us with booking everything we needed like excursions and transportation. Their Khmer chef is super talented and I even asked her to teach me how to make her mango salad (after I ordered it 4 times in a row! lol It was that delicious). She was wonderful and agreed. My family loved her food so much that we ate at Q more than at outside restaurants which we normally don't do. I'm a foodie and she's fabulous! Besides Lionel and his staff, the pool is the star of this place. It's nestled in the middle of the jungle and you can sit and just listen to all of the wild life around you. You may see a monkey or 10 as well. It's also big enough to swim laps! Individual bungalows are simple, but comfortable and we never even locked our door once we arrived. It felt like staying with family. We brought our two boys and dog from USA and after 2 1/2 months of traveling in Vietnam, I felt like I found heaven in our first Cambodian stay. Highly recommend!!! Beautiful and spacious bungalow, great location next to the crab market. The pool area was really nice. We loved the breakfast and the staff gave us a fruit plate when we asked for it even though it was not on the menu. They also helped us book transportation to phu quoc. Everything was great!

All wood furniture and interior was well done. Bathroom was well appointed and included an attached soaking pool. Located steps from the Kep Crab Market. Email enquiry requesting early check in was answered within minutes and the room was ready upon our arrival with a nice plate of fresh fruit.
