I slept so well in the room as it is very quiet. If you love Thai massage this hotel will be a plus as they have a Thai spa. Restaurants provide both Japanese & Thai food (and very good). Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.

J-Hoppers Kumano Yunomine Guesthouse ligt in Hongu, op 10 minuten rijden of 70 minuten wandelen van de Kumano Kodo-pelgrimsroute vanaf Kumano Hongu Taisha Grand Shrine. Yunomine onsen itself is a wonderful place and J-Hoppers offers a perfect spot to enjoy it. Very well organized staff, great value for money, amazing onsen.

祇園四条ホテル is goed gelegen in de wijk Higashiyama (Speciale Wijk) in Kyoto, en is gelegen op een paar minuten lopen van station Gion Shijo, 9 minuten lopen van Samurai Kembu Kyoto en 1,7 km van Kyoto... We stayed there for only one night and wished if it could have been more. Totally loved the place. Centrally located in Kyoto. Minutes walking to the best spots in town. Just cross the street for a metro station and a bus stop. Overlooking the river. Regarding our room it was huge compared to hotels in Japan, our bathroom had a hot tub, pyjamas (kimono style), definitely a Japanese styled bidet and a very large TV screen. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out. Decent staff. Totally recommended

Nazuna Kyoto Higashi Honganji is goed gelegen in het centrum van Kyoto, op 6 minuten lopen van TKP Garden City Kyoto en minder dan 1 km van station Kyoto. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Perfect for unwinding after busy days of sightseeing and crowds. The bath does wonders for tired legs from walking. The room is stocked with an assortment of free drinks and traditional snacks are provided in the lobby. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and close to other public transport. We walked to most of the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and everyone spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. Our breakfast was cooked with care each morning, making it a great start of each day. We would definitely come back!
