The property had everything we needed and more. It looked exactly like the photos. The "onsen" was a big plus after a day of hitting the slopes. We will definitely recommend this property.

A flat-screen TV , DVD player and Nintendo Wii, as well as a computer are featured in guestrooms. Some rooms do not have a bathroom, while shared bathrooms are available. Extras include slippers and free toiletries. Guests will also find 2 kashikiri (private use) baths at the property. In addition, dry cleaning and laundry services are provided free of charge. It was our 2nd stay at the Eternal Flame in two years and once again, we loved every minute. Arrival: Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco, while our bags were brought up to the room. As two years ago, we felt very welcomed in a very peaceful environment at the Eternal Flame. Nao then arranged for pick up by the rental gear shop, so that we would be ready for the next morning. Breakfast: Again everyday there was a three-course breakfast. As two years ago I was very pleased that we had Eggs Benedict in the five days we stayed among French Toast, Toast and scrambled eggs/sausage, respectively. Due to being this time during the Lunar New Year, unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the incredible dinner course. Hope that next time, we will be there a bit off-season. Dinner: Based on our experience two years ago, we arranged for dinner reservations (google>table check) beforehand. Nao is also helpful setting up reservations, but it remains a challenge when Hakuba and esp. Echoland is full of tourists. Ski: As before, there is the shuttle bus going to Goryu (Iimori and Hakuba 47) as well as Iwatake. For Goryu reduced price ski passes are organized by Nao, while for Iwatake you would have to purchase them online through the QR code provided. Bathroom: Shared facilities are well maintained and esp. the hot Onsen after a day of skiing was very welcome to relax. Laundry: Eternal Flame provided free laundry, which was very surprising, since I have not come any hotel so far, which would do it for free. Again top notch service. Room: Was rather functional, but we knew what to expect, mattresses have been very comfortably hard. Lounge: Provides coffee, tee, sweets and has comfortable sofas to simply chill out. Will surely stay again at Eternal Flame, when in Hakuba!

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Pension Belnina features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. It was cute/quaint and had character! Excellent location, shuttle stops for all the mountains were a five min walk or less, as were the ski rental shop and many restaurants. Loved hanging out in the common room. And most of all we LOVED Taka, he was the best. Such an amazing host. Definitely would stay here again if I came back to Hakuba and definitely would recommend to a friend.

Everything, the room was perfect and warm, koki and Naomi give us excellent service..koki also cook very good dinner and bake a very niceeee bread.. the most delicious bread I ever had in my life.. his bread is a must!!

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁

A recently renovated chalet situated in Hakuba, Hakuba Riverside Loghouse features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The chalet has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Lovely and cosy lodge close to the action in Hakuba. All details were perfect. Loved the touch of the illustrated postcards left as a gift for each of our guests!
