Speaking German, English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. the room was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. great view, nice terrace on the pool; water was a little cold, but I expected that in March :) breakfast was great, dinner served at restaurant too. nice hotel bar ... and other places to eat within walking distance. train station conveniently placed for trips to Sorrento, Pompeii or Napoli (local line Circumvesuviana). last but not least, personell very kind and helpful. ... and price (in March) was reasonable.

Every moment spent here felt like heaven. The peace, the breathtaking views, and the warmth of the hosts were truly priceless. I would happily return to Italy just to stay at Loggia di Galli again and to see Pepe in Torca. Watching the sunrise right from our own room was simply unforgettable…there is no better place for it.

Also, it has a very big balcony, and even though it is located on the main street, the windows isolate very good so there isn’t much noise. It is located a few minutes away from the center and the train station.

Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian walkways of Sorrento and all the shops and restaurants but far enough away that there is absolutely no street noise to be heard. And the staff! They are all simply wonderful — engaged, professional, informed and helpful. And let’s not forget to mention the restaurant! Although we did not partake of the Michelin-starred evening dining, their breakfasts were absolutely top-notch and served with friendly, warm style by Valentina, Sasha and the rest of the group. Could not ask for a better experience.
