The vacation at the hotel was unbelievable. We liked everything! About the hotel: the rooms are clean, spacious, the room had everything we needed. The hotel has a large parking lot. The corridors, common rooms, were very nice and cozy. Lots of decor, dishes, beautiful furniture. Every detail in the hotel is made or picked with love. The hotel has a very beautiful and well maintained area, from where you can see a beautiful view of the fields and even see the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the quietness. The hotel staff was very responsive, they helped us many times to solve our problems related to the trip in Italy. For example: they called us a cab so we could leave the nearest town, waited for us for late check-in, helped us build a path to the city of Perugia. This is a great place for a vacation!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a private, luxurious resort — but with the warmth and charm of a family-run retreat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and came with absolutely everything we needed and more. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furnishings that made it feel like home. The grounds are breathtaking — with flower-lined pathways, a range of charming seating areas (including a Cobana!), and lush gardens that make every corner feel special. Each morning, we were greeted with fresh produce straight from the garden — a magical touch that made every breakfast feel like a dream. The pool area is glorious, with comfortable sun loungers for every guest and views that make it hard to leave. In the evenings, the BBQ area lit with strings of lights becomes a magical space to relax, eat, and enjoy the peaceful Umbrian countryside. A special mention must go to our host, Andreas, and his lovely family — incredibly welcoming and kind, always available but never intrusive. Their care and attention to detail truly elevate the whole experience.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie hier gehad op deze fantastische locatie. Fijn en schoon appartement op een rustige plek. De privé tuin met zwembad is echt heerlijk. Goed gelegen in Umbrië om de mooie plaatsen te bezoeken. Het is echt een aanrader.

This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.

Hosts were excellent. Met us, provided us with information but were unobtrusive. Villa was lovely and perfect. Two separate apartments. The pool was fantastic. Great views over the lake in an evening.
