Overall, we had a really great time here! Let me highlight some of the positives: • We received a very warm welcome and were given a tour of the facilities and our room. They also arranged parking for us—which can be quite tricky around Lake Como. Thank you for that! • The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with them overall! • The building is perfectly located, offering a beautiful view of the lake. • The room was stylishly designed and well-equipped. It had a lovely view and a small balcony overlooking the lake. It was such a pleasure to sit there with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. One unique feature: a walk-in shower with a lake view through a glass wall—great idea! • There’s a beautiful terrace by the lake and a well-designed little restaurant on the ground floor. The whole hotel smells wonderful! • The bistrot serves excellent food and drinks—both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious!
