After dinner , enjoyed playing carrom with my father in the game room. To sum it up, I loved the hospitality of the staff especially night shift staffs , be it at the Room service or the reception. One thing that I am sure of is next time when I come to Ooty, I would be staying at your resort for sure. It’s best recommended if you are coming with family here.

Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Very competent staff at Brasserie, very kind and helpful, special thanks to Tanamay, Rahul and Chef Murugan. Rooms were very clean, wonderful housekeeping team.

We arrived at Somerset around midnight, and check-in was very smooth. Although the bed arrangements were not as requested, the team quickly arranged it for us without any hassle. The front desk, bell staff, and the restaurant breakfast team were all very helpful and made our stay pleasant.
