Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Six Senses Fort Barwara ligt in Sawāi Mādhopur en is een 14e-eeuws fort, dat bewaard is gebleven en is omgetoverd tot een suite-resort dat gericht is op welzijn. This was the most aesthetically beautiful hotel I have stayed in. Staff were welcoming & friendly. We will be back.

Dera Jaipur - Luxury Heritage Stays in Bani Park, Jaipur bevindt zich in Jaipur, op 4 km van City Palace en 4,1 km van Jantar Mantar, Jaipur. We were traveling as a group of 7 - with our son, and both set of aged parents. Dera staff noted our request to give ground floor rooms to elderly parents. The property with big rooms, garden, terrace, common areas to hang out with family was perfect. Jaipur was cold but the thick walls of the house kept the rooms warm. Our Hostess Rekha was warm hospitable and suggested places to see in the city. She even helped us book leopard safari via her contacts last minute. The property has tie up with car agency which had good drivers and clean cars. The pets - the dog, rabbits, turtles, budgies - enthralled the whole family but the surprise visit of peahens in terrace was wonderful. It is truly a home stay where every corner of the house speaks of history of their family. The staff - the family who stays to manage the housekeeping and cooking are so hospitable, eager to help with all requests. Roopti, her daughter Preeti & her husband took extra effort to make us comfortable. The property serves amazing Indian breakfast and even lunch/ dinner on request and they customized spice levels on our request. We had a lovely stay at Dera and would recommend it highly.

Fairmont Jaipur is located near Amber road, 7.6 km from Amber Fort. The property features an outdoor pool, spa and 4 dining options. Nahargarh Fort is 18 km away while Jal Mahal is 15 km away. We booked two adjoining rooms as a family of four for our stay at Fairmont,in December 2024 for a Jaipur family trip, celebrating my husband's birthday on 25th Dec. Being discerning travelers who enjoy vacation properties that offer a perfect combination of superb hospitality, cultural charm, ambiance and modern comfort ameneties, we rank this hotel a great stay! Our rooms were spacious & lovely, with unique architectural features in both the room & bathroom. Comfortable, plush king sized beds and quite environment was great for a good night's rest after exploring Jaipur! Afreen Rahman, Front Office Ambassador, did an outstanding job coordinating with me and creating an awesome memorable experience - taking care of all the little details -room's special occasion decor& refreshments, a much appreciated special memento for the occasion and a celebration cake! The Zoya staff, specifiacally the young man who served us that night made our dinner experience memorable!.. the food was flavourful and service excellent!..the sword cutting of the cake was an added unique birthday experience! Overall an enjoyable stay!

Lying at the foot of the Aravali Ranges, the impressive Nahargarh Ranthambore is surrounded by a 16th-century style fortress. We were in Ranthombore for the safari and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is new but the architecture is of a beautiful palace with ornate details. Great location, only 10-minute drive to the main gate of Ranthombore National Park. Overall facilities and the ground are clean and well maintained, since it's also a venue for weddings. We had a beautiful corner room on the top floor of the tower in the back. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully arranged, filled with sun lights from several windows and a couple doors, and a nice balcony. It's fun to watch the monkeys on the trees across the yard from our room. Food in the restaurant was better than many of the restaurants we've been to in India. Excellent service from all the staff we've encountered during our stay. This is the best place to stay in Ranthombore.
