So friendly, you feel cared about and any issue to be solved. I've not met such a polite and friendly team before and I traveled a lot. The pool's infinite view is very nice, and access to an almost private beach is a great bonus. The sea view is amazing!

Unfortunately it rained during our stay but we were able to spend time in the spa and indoor pool (salt water) . Huge buffet breakfast with made to order eggs etc. was a perfect way to start the morning. All the staff were amazing from reception to concierge through to wellness centre and housekeeping. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome. Gorgeous facility with lots of little sitting areas.

There is a spa and wellness centre with a terrace, indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as a sauna. - Location is perfect, directly in the centre, and in the middle of promenade, at the shore. - Breakfast was perfect as well, there is some basic buffet, but you can also order additional breakfast meals, which were really great. All food was satisfying. - The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean. We had no feeling, that there is no space for walking around. The only downside is, that the balconies in the room on the city side are really small. - The hotel together with the wellness area was very clean - Most important thing is the staff. All of them (receptionist, cleaning staff, waiter, cook, ...) were really friendly and helpfull. No issue at all.
