Epavli Grace Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was very big and nicely furnished, best bed we had on Crete. The pool is great and breakfast left nothing to be desired.
