We loved the ponchos and thought they were an excellent idea.

Stylish lodge with everything I could ask for and more - hot tub under the stars will never be forgotten. Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - and Jacqui’s apple jelly was delicious. Location was beautiful and very quiet and private. Will certainly be back and would definitely recommend this lovely property.

While station house is a bed and breakfast we stayed in the railway sleeper house and it was exactly what we wanted. Modern facilities, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom and living room space are one room and perfect to relax in. Great views from the balcony if you’re enjoying breakfast or in the hot-tub. It’s peaceful and mainly a quiet area. It’s about an hours drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, the house is easy to get to and could not recommend enough. Alan, the host was amazing and a great guy, he recommended some places to go see and places to eat since it was our first time in Scotland.

Absolutely beautiful cottage spacious and clean, on arrival there was bread, butter, jam and milk . We stayed for 3 nights as we were attending our sons wedding at cornhill Castle, which isn't pet friendly, so we found this wee jem that welcomed our furbabies x
