Kora Nivaria Beach, a property with an open-air bath, is situated in Abades, 400 metres from Abades Beach, 24 km from Golf del Sur, as well as 34 km from Aqualand. Private parking is available on site. The apartment features an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The apartments had fully equipped kitchens and the hotel complex itself offered much in a cafe, pools, gym and bar. It was also great that there was plenty of spaces of free parking surrounding the complex. Although Abades is on a windier side of the island, this allowed for the wind to provide perfect ventilation for the rooms (we are no fans of air-conditioning), since the summer days are very warm. We highly recommend the place if you are planning to explore the island and have a rental car. If the beach nearby is too windy to enjoy, the beaches on the usually non-wind side of the island by Playa de las Americas are only 25 min drive from the hotel. It also helped that the airport was only a 15 minute drive hence when we had to leave for a morning flight back we could get there and return our rental car easily. The staff were the hotel’s best trait however. They were all extremely kind and helpful during our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. The hotel is perfectly located in Costa Adeje close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.

There hotel features panoramic views of the golf course, Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera Island. There is a large outdoor swimming pool. The spa centre includes a sauna, hot tub and Turkish bath. There are massage treatments and a beauty salon. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!
