Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. Mijn bijzondere dank voor het feit dat in restaurant Sorrento het hotel steeds kiest voor prachtige zachte klassieke muziek op de achtergrond. De wellness is zeer aangenaam en rustig. Al het personeel van dit hotel is steeds heel vriendelijk en professioneel.

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. The hotel is just amazing, excellent location, beautiful architecture and great decor, great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly, our studio was very spacious and nice. The spa was really beautiful too.
