We had a great stay at the hotel, and I would especially recommend it for families traveling with children. The location is excellent—very convenient for sightseeing with kids. We could visit attractions in the morning, return to the hotel for a break at midday, and then head out again in the cooler afternoon. It was also very easy to catch a taxi or use ride-hailing services right at the hotel entrance. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of delicious food options. While the hotel is not newly built, the exterior is beautiful and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the room setup—it had multiple power outlets that supported both Chinese and European two-pin plugs, along with USB ports and a very handy extension socket. This made charging all our devices very easy. I would also like to give special thanks to Jenny Zhang, the floor manager on the 14th floor. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, anticipating our needs even before we asked. Noticing that we were traveling with two kids during the hot summer, she made sure we had plenty of bottled water and extra clean towels. She often checked in to see if we needed anything else, which made our stay feel very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with attentive service!

Happy Dragon Imperial Garden Courtyard --Newly renovated French Window with garden view, Close to Lama Temple Forbidden City&Subway Nearby &free coffee & Free laundry&English speaking with tour... This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service provided by the staff was extraordinary — truly “wow.” Everything felt super personalized and completely natural, not forced at all. They even adjusted the menu to accommodate my seafood allergy, making sure I could enjoy safe and delicious meals throughout my stay. The facilities are beautifully renovated, and the location on Ghost Street is perfect for evening walks. Even though the hotel is on a small street off the main road, it still felt completely safe.

The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for groups, with a BBQ area available. The bathroom is lovely, and the location shouldn’t be a problem if you rent a car or arrange transfers. The TV offers a wide variety of movies to enjoy. The dining area is right next to the house, which is very convenient. The cook and the host are both kind and take great care of guests. The breakfast is simple but delicious and very fitting.

Surrounded by urban greenery, Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing is located in Wangjing SOHO. Futong Subway Station (Line 14) is around an 5-minute walk way. Complimentary WiFi and parking are provided. Facility was nice, large size room, all the kits were properly provided, nice staff, English was pretty much acceptable, but little bit of Mandarin would be helpful.

This is one of my best stays in any hotels. I came to this hotel with my kids and it was very family friendly hotel. They had shampoo for kids, slippers for kids and much more. The hotel is excellent in communicating with us thoughout our stays. Even we lost one dress and they communicating with us. The hotel is connected with China World Mall. I highly recommend this hotel.
