We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

Private parking is available on site. Very lovely hotel with comfortable room facilities. Everything you besically need are offered from the hotel. Nice decoration with the big breakfast room with garden view. Staffs are friendly and very helpful with tourists information. Me and my father were there for 3 nights. And we love the hotel. If we come to Jungfrau region again, we will definitely come back to stay hier.
