Guests can relax in the garden at the property. Casa amarela is amazing. Firstly on the place itself, the balcony has an amazing view. Great place to have their delicious breakfast, talk/hamg out, and watch amazing sunsets. The jacuzzi/churrasqueira area is also phenomenal, easy to reserve for the evening. Our party was split among different rooms and they were all great. Secondly, the staff is amazing. Renata provided a lot of information before our arrival. The boat operator recommendstion was fantastic! We departed from essentially across the street and didn't have to deal with driving to the town pier. Janaina was the person who welcomed us and she is equally wonderful. We had an additional party member join us unexpectedly and they were able to accommodate us on a short notice.

The location was amazing, super close to Abraao by walking to the beach, but also far from the party noises at night. The property itself was beautiful with sea views everywhere. Breakfast was excellent too! It was easy to book transfers and tours through the hotel. Best thing about the location was the boat tours picked us up right at the hotel’s private dock, so we didn’t have to wait in line at the pier with the crowd. We also used their kayak (complimentary) twice and were happy with this amenity. We arrived late the first night and ordered burgers with the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Rental snorkel gear and minibar items were super reasonable prices, they don’t up charge you for your convenience! Staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Ilha Grande!

The overall vibe of the place was on point — it felt like a true hidden villa, tucked away yet full of charm, making every return to it after a day out feel special. The consistent white and light blue palette across the property set the tone for two moods we fell in love with: during the day, it offered this endless-summer feel with hammocks, vintage furniture and an eye-pleasing aesthetic that made us want to linger; at night, the warm lighting and cozy ambiance created the perfect setting to unwind and rest for another day of exploring. To top it all off, the staff was genuinely helpful. Arthur, in particular, gave us two unforgettable recommendations (a boat ride and a jeep tour) that ended up shaping our entire Paraty experience. We loved every second!

The lush garden is full of fruits you can eat. But what adds greatly to the place is Jose! One of the best hosts I had worldwide. He is professional but also super laid back, he is kind and authentic, very often around chitchatting with everyone. He instills a very pleasant mellow atmosphere in the Casa. Muito obrigada, Jose!
