I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Each spacious room has a TV A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!

The hotel has an exlusive area, The Grand Level. With stunning views of the central hall, this space is designed for those who wish to relax and enjoy personalized and discreet attention. Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.
