Loved everything in the hotel from the manager to the Gambodee room (kids play area where you can keep them and they contact you.. the women at the kids Gambodee are so lovely and kind), all employees were amazingly nice. Very Clean and cozy hotel.

Very clean and quality fittings. Food was plentiful and varied - our compliments to the soup chef!! we loved every soup, and all the cheeses in particular. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea coming back from skiing. We LOVED the spa and hammam - highlight of each day! One day we paid for massages from Aya and Putu which were really the best massages we ever had! Thank you! Also really good was the shuttle up and down the main road making it easy to return from the gondola to the hotel.

We liked everything. Staff are really friendly ,so hostile. We felt like our home. Kids loved the stay. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved the breakfast. Every single food they offered in breakfast is yummy! The staff were so sweet enough that they packed our breakfast to us as we had an early morning flight.
