The hotel is owned and run by a lovely family (two daughters, mum and dad) with equally lovely staff. Nothing is a problem. Breakfast is outstanding, with a huge, delicious buffet, much of which is homemade by mum. Our spacious room had a great view of the town, the sea and the islands. Everything was in great shape, the hotel having been opened in 2020. Nice garden and swimming pool (which we often had to ourselves). It’s got a really good location- Kas has plenty of restaurants which are within 10-15 minutes walk downhill as is the port with boats to islands, beaches etc.

This hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs the place were very kind and accommodating - we were on a cycle tour and they allowed us to store our bikes inside the property. The breakfast was big and delicious - one of the best we had during our time in Turkey, and the views from our rooms were stunning. It’s very close to the city Center (5 minute walk) but also just far enough removed that you don’t have to deal with noise. Would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, quiet, host was friendly and couldn’t do more to help and assist. The villa was amazing with incredible views. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away and a great pizza place next door. We loved our stay here and hope to come back soon.

Lovely home in a great location. Can easily travel to Kas by bus or by hiring cars/mopeds for very cheap. Host was lovely and gave us a Turkish SIM card and organised an airport transfer. The people running this place go above and beyond to make your stay is very enjoyable. The hot tub was very nice aswell as the use of the private pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay atAsfiya Loft Apartment! 🧡 Everything was just perfect — from the warm private pool and breathtaking views to the cozy jacuzzi and super comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a stove — everything we needed to feel at home. The location is ideal: there’s a shop just a minute away, and a beautiful beach right around the corner. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt relaxed and happy throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back again! 🌞

Location is unreal! I have stayed in Kalkan/Kalamar a few times before and having the direct sea access makes all the difference - the sea is the best I have ever swam in, Amazing location and easy to walk to town (takes 40 minutes and you have to go early to beat the heat!). The hut is set up amazingly for BBQs at home so you don't have to go out every night to a restaurant). The patio is cleaned every morning and we were given a fresh loaf of bread every morning which was such a lovely touch.

Villa Mavi Kiyi is in the best location, sea front, in the best location of Kalkan, Komerluk. The views across the bay are stunning, the sun-bathing platform perfect. The quality of the villa is wonderful with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and excellent facilities for a great holiday. The position is absolutely sublime! A pretty easy walk into Kalkan along the sea shore, quiet and private location for a truly relaxing home from home. Totally wondeful!
