Spotlessly clean, welcoming staff, very spacious and comfortable bed, great breakfast and nice sauna. It’s a walking distance to access to a sea swimming area and the unesco winery. We could see mount Pico from our window. Perfect stay.

It was one of the most unique and original places we stayed in Azores. The house was big with the kitchen that had everything you need and even a washing machine with detergent! I especially liked to see that they have a green key award:)

Everything was perfect. Local houses made from the black volcanic rock beautifully renovated and extremely clean. Nice touches like two bathrobes and towels for each person for use of the two hot tubs and swimming pools. Situated amidst the special Pico vineyards with views of the sea and I even saw dolphins in the morning:)

The location of the house is simply incredible—ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The house itself is fantastic: spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every comfort. A real slice of paradise! The garden with the deluxe Jacuzzi was definitely the highlight—relaxing there was an unforgettable experience. The price was absolutely perfect for what was offered, considering the quality and location.

We had the perfect stay at Casas do Amarelo — it was exactly what we needed for a week on Pico Island! The view of the ocean while having dinner was simply stunning. The kitchen was well-equipped for a week’s stay, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight — especially after hiking Mount Pico in snow and rain! It felt like pure luxury to relax there after such an adventure. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with such great taste — every detail has been thought through. It’s quiet, peaceful, and ideally located: there’s a supermarket just around the corner, a lovely swimming spot nearby, and plenty of scenic walking trails in the area.

This was by far one of the best accommodation we have ever had. Everything is very nicely furnished, perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. From the living room you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the countryside and the sea. The location on the island is excellent – with a rental car we were able to explore everything easily. Miguel is an exceptional host. He welcomed us warmly with a basket of fresh fruit and enough coffee for the whole stay. A real highlight was that he showed us the lava cave on his property – and we could even pet the donkeys! The whole place is a true paradise in nature, with animals in the garden and a wonderful atmosphere. Whatever question or request you may have, you can always rely on Miguel to take care of it and make your stay unforgettable. Thank you so much!
