We only spent one night on our journey from Slovenia to Turin, and the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly—as if you were at someone's home. Every step you take is surrounded by art. Since we don’t speak Italian, they took us on a private tour of the castle and an art exhibition—I highly recommend it! Because the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, they recommended and booked dinner for us at a nearby restaurant, where the food was excellent. If you’re looking for peace, friendly staff, art, and history, this is the hotel for you.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was easy to check in and check out with items for breakfast provided every day and the rooms serviced. We had a very enjoyable stay and frequented their restaurant which was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we don’t speak Italian, they helped us to learn some words to order and it was delicious.
